On this trip, you will visit Parc National des Volcans (PNV) in the north of Rwanda which habituates approximately 300 mountain gorilla species. Seven Gorilla families are habituated for tracking. They include; Mahoro and Umubano families found on the Visoke volcano, Hirwa family on the Sabinyo volcano and Sabinyo family located between the Sabinyo and Visoke volcanoes. There are also Susa family with 35 individuals on the Karisimbi volcano and 13 individuals on the Sabinyo volcano. there is Kwitonda family as well. Each of the Gorillla families allow a maximum of 8 tourists tracking per day. On addition to gorilla tracking, you may also climb the Visoke volcano and track other primates including golden monkeys. You will also visit the Dian Fossey’s Karisoke Research Centre on a village walk. This is a scheduled safari, departing every first and third Friday of the Month.

ITINERARY
Day One: Arrival
On your arrival at the airport, you will and greet with our driver guide who will then Transfer you to Kinigi at the foothills of the Volcanoes. O/N: Hotel La Palme or Virunga Hotel Ruhengeri or Mountain Gorilla View Lodge (BB)
Day Two: Gorilla Tracking.
After breakfast, you will depart for the headquarters of the Park for briefing before starting to track gorillas. After an our of experiencing the closest primate to human. you will retire for lunch. Transfer to Kigali with a spectacular view en route of great sceneries of Rwandese hills. O/N: Hotel Chez Lando or Hotel des Mille Collines (HB).
Day Three: Departure
After breakfast, you will for a city tour in Kigali, visiting the Genocide Memorial Museum at Gisozi. Transfer to the Airport for departure.
